Brilliance ships to the countries listed below for orders totaling at least $500 in retail value. If you don't see your country listed, please contact a Brilliance representative to check if we are able to ship to you.
Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Guam, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Republic of Korea, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Macau, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Panama, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, Trinidad and Tobago, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Vietnam and the US Virgin Islands.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
At the time of purchase, you will be charged for the total amount of your order from Brilliance. When your shipment arrives at your country's customs office, there may be taxes, fees, and import duties charged in addition to your order total. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customs charges will vary per item and per country, and cannot be calculated prior to shipping your order. You can contact your local customs office for details on international import policies and fee structures.
Shipping & Delivery
Brilliance ships all international orders using FedEx International Priority® at no extra charge. You will receive a notification e-mail when your order is shipped. Our online order tracking feature allows you to check the status of your shipment at any time. All estimated delivery dates and times quoted on our website apply to U.S. shipping addresses. International orders could potentially be delayed by customs procedures upon arrival at the destination country.
For insurance reasons we cannot reroute packages after they have shipped from Brilliance.
Shipping Insurance
Brilliance protects all international orders from loss or thefts during transit by providing shipping insurance through our trusted couriers. In the event of a return, a non-refundable shipping insurance fee will be charged to you.
Limitations
Products shipped internationally may be subject to regulations and restrictions imposed by the destination country. As the importer of record, it is the client’s responsibility to confirm that their order complies with any local requirements and that no restrictions exist that would prevent delivery to their address.
Because international regulations can change in response to global economic conditions, Brilliance reserves the right to refuse shipment of an international order at any time. If any issues or restrictions arise that may delay or prevent shipment, a Brilliance Diamond & Jewelry Expert will notify you by email as promptly as possible.
Due to customs procedures, regulatory requirements, and the additional documentation required to transport jewelry across international borders, Brilliance does not offer Ring Resizing, Care & Maintenance, or Lifetime Warranty services for international orders. Restrictions
Some countries have restrictions in place that do not allow the shipment or receipt of polishing cloths.
Privacy
Orders shipped internationally could potentially be opened and examined for security or customs purposes. Details about your order may also be shared with carriers and customs officials to clear your order for shipping.
Gift orders that are shipped to an international destination will be marked with a "Gift" label. The customs form must include the price of the items in order to establish the value of the package for clearance.
Returns
International orders can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, excluding the shipping insurance fee.
When you return items from an international order, you act as the exporter and are bound by your country's shipping regulations. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs, including customs fees, taxes, postage, and duties, as well as the retrieval of customs fees and taxes collected by the carrier upon delivery of the package.
